Elian is a college basketball player who has spent the last four years coaching youth basketball and the last three running his own basketball training business — coaching 13U AAU and high school along the way.
He built Her Prep Academy out of the system he was already using with his own players: a real curriculum, not a pile of random drills — where your age determines your training environment and your skill level determines your chapter.
His mission is simple: every girl deserves a real development system. Train With a Purpose.
