Camp waiver &
policies.

1. Participation waiver and release

Basketball is a physical, competitive sport. I understand that taking part in camp activities — including drills, conditioning, scrimmages and games — involves risks such as sprains, fractures, concussions and other injuries, some of which may be serious. I confirm my player is in good health and physically able to participate, and I voluntarily accept these risks on her behalf.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I release Her Prep Academy, its owners, coaches, staff, volunteers and the host facility (Power Sports Academy) from claims for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from my player's participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Her Prep Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

2. Medical authorization

If my player is injured or becomes ill and I can't be reached, I authorize Her Prep Academy staff to arrange first aid and emergency medical care, including transport to a hospital. I accept responsibility for any resulting medical costs. I've listed any medical conditions, allergies or medications coaches should know about in the registration form and will update Her Prep Academy if anything changes.

3. Photo, video and media release

Camps are filmed and photographed by our media team — that's how players get their highlight videos, game film and action shots. I give Her Prep Academy permission to photograph and record my player during camp and to use her name, grad year, school, team, photos and video for her highlights and game film, for sharing with college coaches, and on Her Prep Academy's website and social media (including commitment posts). No payment is owed for this use. If you'd like us not to post your player on social media, email us and we'll honor it — she'll still receive her own highlights and film.

Any action shot or links you upload with registration may be used the same way.

4. Refund policy

• Camp fees are non-refundable. Jerseys, media and facility costs are committed in advance of each camp.
• Can't make it? Tell us at least 7 days before the camp and we'll transfer the spot to another eligible player, or apply your payment as credit toward a future Her Prep camp or event.
• If we cancel or reschedule a camp, you can choose a full refund or a credit — your choice.
• Joining a waitlist is free. You're only charged once a spot is confirmed and you pay.

5. Player conduct

Players are expected to compete hard, respect coaches, staff, officials and each other, and follow facility rules. Her Prep Academy may remove a player from a camp for unsafe or disrespectful behavior, without a refund.

6. Exposure and recruiting

Her Prep Exposure Camps invite college coaches to watch and evaluate players. We can't guarantee which coaches attend, or any recruiting contact, roster spot or scholarship.
