Here is the book

What is The Learner?

The Learner is where the pathway starts — for players 8 to 10 years old who are building their first real fundamentals. Every workout is warm-up + ball handling + finishing + shooting, with a maximum of three drills per section and difficulty built for real 8-to-10-year-olds.

  • Basic ball handling and weak-hand development
  • Shot-form fundamentals, balance, and layup mechanics
  • Pivots, jump stops, shot fakes — and no traveling
  • Court vocabulary, rules, and keeping the eyes up

80 videos per chapter.

Why this stage matters

Why The Learner is important

The habits a player builds between 8 and 10 stick. How you hold the ball, how you move your feet, how you practice — learn it right now and you don't spend the next five years unlearning it.

The Learner keeps it simple on purpose: three drills max per section, clear court vocabulary, and rules learned by playing — so young players fall in love with the game instead of getting overwhelmed by it.
